STEWART BUILDERS, LLC is soliciting proposals from subcontractors and materi- al suppliers on behalf of Brazosport ISD for the Brazoswood High School Pool Building Demolition Project. The project is located at Brazoswood High School, 302 West Bra- zoswood Drive, Clute, TX . The scope of work will include but may not be limited to demolition of approximately 6,200 SF pool building, approximate 3200 SF inground pool, all associated pool equip- ment, mechanical, electrical and plumbing make safe, disconnects, and reroutes, site grading, roofing, wall framing, masonry ve- neer, and concrete foundation placement. Proposals will be received at the office of Stewart Builders, LLC, 23000 Northwest Lake Drive, Houston, TX 77095 until 2:00 PM CST on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
