CITY OF CONVERSE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL ("RFP") CONVERSE GREENWAY PARK TRAIL PHASE II; Converse, Texas The CITY OF CONVERSE will receive bids for construction of "CONVERSE GREENWAY PARK TRAIL PHASE II; Converse, Texas" at the Office of the City Secretary. The project includes construction of a concrete hike and bike trail, drainage, and pedestrian bridge improvements connecting Converse North Park and Kitty Hawk Road. Scope of the project is expected to include grading, base, reinforced concrete paving, drainage culverts, pavement markings, signage, topsoil, seeding, and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project. Responses submitted must comply with all terms of the bid and must be sealed, addressed, and delivered to the City Secretary, 406 South Seguin Street, Converse, Texas 78109 on or before 11:00AM, on March 17, 2026, either in person or by mail courier.
