Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Services Flour Bluff Independent School District Flour Bluff Independent School District (FBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) services for multiple projects under the District's 2025 Bond Program, including auditorium renovation, wetlands improvements, district-wide door replacement, primary school building addition, central plant construction, and junior high locker room renovation. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F. Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00am (CST) on June 3, 2026 at the Flour Bluff ISD Administration Building, 2505 Waldron Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78418. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to abhakta@flourbluffschools.net no later than May 19, 2026 @ 1:00pm. Responses to all questions will be posted publicly on the District's website at https://flourbluffschools.net/finance-dept/purchasing/.
