Corrigan-Camden I.S.D. seeks proposals for new parking lot and drive improvements.

SECTION 00 11 00ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS
Corrigan-Camden I.S.D. will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals for Additional Site Improvements - New Parking Lot and Drive until 2:00 PM on the 5th day of May, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Administration Office located at 504 Home Street, Corrigan, Texas 75939.
In awarding a contract the District may consider: purchase price; the reputation of the vendor and of the vendor's goods and services; the quality of the vendor's goods or services; the extent to which the goods or services meet the District's needs; the vendor's past relationship with the District; the vendor's record for performing and completing warranty work in a timely manner; the ability of the vendor to meet the District's schedule; the ability of the vendor to meet specified insurance requirements; the vendor's references responses; any other relevant information the District might consider in selecting a vendor.
The Project consists of Additional Site Improvements consisting of new concrete parking lot, located on the west side of the football stadium, and a new bus drive from S. Mathews St. to the bus barn entry gate, with additional paving to the existing JH Storage Building.
The Board of Trustees has delegated authority to a committee for the evaluation of the criteria, and their assigned points, which will be contained in the project documents to interested parties who respond to the published notice.
Corrigan-Camden I.S.D. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposal.
Proposals may be held by Corrigan-Camden I.S.D. for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of Proposals for the purpose of reviewing the Proposals.
Proposal/Contract documents, including Drawings, Specifications, Criteria and Scoring are on file at the office of the Architect, Goodwin-Lasiter-Strong (GLS), 1609 South Chestnut, Suite 202, Lufkin, Texas 75901 and can be obtained electronically from the GLS website free of charge. General Contractors should email Jessica Webb at jwebb@glstexas.com to receive the instructions on how to download plans and specifications via the GLS website. Notification of Intent to Bid must be received in order to gain access to the GLS website.
