You may submit a bid for the entire scope of work or by line item. Should you bid the entire scope, we still need each line item with a bid amount. Scope of work – line items: • Replace all carpeted areas with laminate flooring • Paint entire inside of home (including kitchen cabinets) and outside of home • Repair sheetrock where there are cracks and holes • Fire place seal • Replace bath/shower unit and toilet in spare bathroom • Replace shower unit and toilet in master bath • Replace front door • Replace all door hardware • Replace all electric outlets to match Sealed bids are to be sent to Detroit ISD, Attn: Jeff Ballard, 110 E.
