INVITATION TO BID The Eagle Pass Independent School District will be accepting mailed or hand-delivered sealed proposals at the Office of the Director of Purchasing located at 587 Madison St., Eagle Pass/ TX 78852 for the purchase of the items/services listed below. Proposals will be accepted and opened at the above address until the time and date indicated below. Proposal forms and specifications can be obtained at the above address between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday or requested at purchasing@eaglepassisd.net or by calling 830-773-5181. Contract(s) will be awarded at future and yet to be determined public school board meeting and awarded in writing to the most responisble and responsive offer and using points assigned to the following factors: price, vendor reputation and vendor's goods and services, quality of vendor's goods and services, goods and services meeting the district's needs/ HUB compliance and total long term cost to the distict among others. Upon award of contract/ payment will be made by check or direct deposit to vendor after delivery of goods and services and as per the district's disbursement procedures.
