ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids will be received by Rhodes Development, Inc.  (hereinafter called owner) c/o Melden and Hunt, Inc., 115 W. McIntyre St., Edinburg, Texas 78541 for Ventanas Phase I. Bids will be received at the offices of Meldenand Hunt, Inc., until 2:40 PM, Friday, March 20, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud.

The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Forms of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following:

           Melden and Hunt, Inc., 115 W. McIntyre St., Edinburg, Texas 78541
                       

Copies may be obtained at the office of Melden and Hunt, Inc. located at 115 West McIntyre, Edinburg, Texas 78541.

The Owner reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bid or bid combination considered the best and most advantageous to the Owner and to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action thereon.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions for Bidders.

Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.

There will be a Pre-bid meeting held on this project on March 12, 2026at 3:15 p.m. at the offices of Melden and Hunt, Inc., 115 W. McIntyre St., Edinburg, TX 78541.
