Notice to General Contractors Winn Residential Companies, located in El Paso, Texas, is seeking skilled and experienced General Contractors for an upcoming project. We are looking for qualified and experienced contractors to perform the roof shingle system repair. Requirements: need to be licensed and bonded (NO EXCEPTIONS). The preliminary walkthrough will be on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:00 am at North Mountain located at 9435 Diana DR, El Paso TX 79924. Proposals are due with in 14 days from the walkthrough.
