REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS FROM CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS FALFURRIAS HIGH SCHOOL FIRE SCIENCE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION UPGRADE SERVICESBrooks County Independent School District is soliciting a Competitive Sealed Proposal Buy, Sell, TradeDo it in the...from qualified sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, or other legal entities to provide construction services for project: The Brooks County ISD Falfurrias High School Fire Science Building upgrades in Falfurrias, Texas (the “Project”). The District has selected an architect/engineer to prepare construction documents for these projects. The District may award the Projects to a single Contractor, however, the District reserves the right to award portions of the work to different Contractors, to make an award to a single Contractor or to make no award in connection with this solicitation should it meet the needs of the District.     The Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals packages including the proposal requirements and additional information may be obtained from the Operations Director, Mr. Oscar Galindo at the Brooks County ISD Administrative Offices, located at 200 W. Bennett Street, Falfurrias, Texas 78355. Requests for electronically available documents can be sent to Ms. Alissa Sanchez, Finance Director: asanchez@bcisd.us.Responses must be received no later than 1:30 P.M. on April 21, 2026 at the Brooks County ISD Office of Superintendent, located at 200 W. Bennett Street, Falfurrias, Texas 78355. E-mail or faxed responses will not be accepted.  Proposals will be opened immediately following the deadline for submission. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions or to waive all informalities and irregularities. The District also reserves the right to award each of the above to projects to one firm or to multiple firms.
