INVITATION FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the County of Little River, Arkansas, will accept sealed bids from qualified and certified FORTIFIED Roofing Contractors to replace roofs on 77 apartment buildings in Foreman and Ashdown, Arkansas. The Housing Authority of the County of Little River, Arkansas will receive sealed bids starting Monday, April 13, 2026. The Housing Authority of the County of Little River, Arkansas will receive sealed bids until: 10:00 A.M. on May 14, 2026, at the Housing Authority Administrative office located at 215 North Madden St., Foreman, Arkansas 71836. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. At that time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. FORTIFIED Roofing Contractors may secure copies of the proposed Contract Documents (at no charge). Bid documents (Plans and Specifications Bid documents) will be sent out electronically. FORTIFIED Roofing contractors may request bid documents by email
