REQUEST FOR BIDS — FY26 SEAL COAT PROGRAM — RFB #274-26 HUNT COUNTY, TEXAS Hunt County is accepting sealed bids for RFB #274-26 — FY26 Seal Coat Program. Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Hunt County Purchasing Department until 2:00 P.M. CST, Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be delivered to: Hunt County Purchasing Department Attn: Tammy D. Himes, Purchasing Agent 2507 Lee Street, Room 104 Greenville, Texas 75401 The project consists of roadway pavement improvements utilizing a one course surface treatment (seal coat) on various Hunt County roads. This bid is intended to establish a one-year unit price contract for seal coat work assigned by Hunt County. Specific road locations and quantities are not known at the time of bidding, and work will be assigned throughout the contract period by written work orders issued by Hunt County. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the largest possible bid must accompany the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2253.
