NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) requests proposals to replace the existing door control and monitoring system that will be designed to be fully integrated with the IP camera systems and new reporting software that is open to design at the Estelle Unit located in Huntsville, Texas. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. on March 11, 2026, at the project site. Registration is required to attend.
