ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALSRFP# 2026-060-PD-07The CITY OF HUTTO (OWNER) is soliciting COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS forthe HUTTO LAKE PARK PLAYGROUND. The project consists of the redevelopmentand renovation of the existing ½-acre playground at Hutto Lake Park. Work includesdemolition, removal, and proper disposal of existing concrete sidewalks, playgroundcurbs and surfacing, and playground equipment. Limited erosion control measureswill be implemented to protect surrounding areas during construction, and treeprotection measures will be installed to preserve existing trees within and adjacentto the project site.Improvements include installation of new concrete sidewalks and playgroundcurbing, and associated site grading to ensure proper drainage and accessibility andcoordination for new 2-5 and 5-12 playgrounds.
