REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS

Jacksonville Independent School District requests competitive sealed proposals from contractors for JISD Project # 26 0059: HVAC Renovations - Nichols Intermediate School.

The work includes but is not limited to the renovations of existing HVAC systems and associated electrical and plumbing systems at Nichols Intermediate School.

SEALED PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN
2:00 P.M. CST, March 23rd , 2026

Any proposal received after such time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Electronic proposal submissions are not accepted. Proposals will be received by:

JISD Administrative Offices 
800 College Ave. 
Jacksonville, Texas 75766.

A Pre-Bid conference will be held on March 9th, 2026, at 10 A.M. CST at Nichols Intermediate School (818 SE Loop 456, Jacksonville, TX 75766). Electronic drawings and specifications may be obtained from the Jacksonville Independent School District website.
