IN THE KARNES COUNTYADVERTISEMENT ANDINVITATION FOR BIDSKarnes County will receive sealed bids for the reconstruction of Two (2) homes until 9:05 A.M. April 14, 2026, at Karnes County, 101 N. Panna Maria Ave, Ste 101, Karnes City, Texas 78118. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 9:05 A.M. at Karnes County Commissioners Court at 101 N Panna Maria Ave, Ste 200, Karnes City, Texas 78118.Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows:Construction of Two (2) three-bedroom homes as described in the plans and specs to be built at a maximum of Two (2) times within the County. Each home should be evaluated by a site visit before placing a bid. Karnes County encourages local purchasing of materials for construction of these projects.Contract Documents, including drawings and technical specifications are on file at Karnes County (address listed above). Copies of the contract documents and instructions for bidding may be obtained by email request tolacie@lcmsinc.com.Email requests are preferred. Karnes County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
