ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed bids for 12” WATER LINE AND 8” SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS –BECK ADDITION project will be received by the Lake Cities Municipal Utility Authority, addressed to the General Manager, at 501 N Shady Shores Dr, Lake Dallas, Texas 75065, until 2:00 PM Thursday, April, 16, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud in the Board Room at 501 N Shady Shores Dr, Lake Dallas, Texas 75065. The project generally consists of the installation of approximately 627 LF of 12” and 342 LF 8” PVC waterline, as well as the installation of 1,000 LF 8” SDR-35 PVC sanitary sewer line, sanitary sewer manholes, and related appurtenances.The construction plans, contract documents and specifications, upon refundable deposit of$75, may be obtained at the following location: Belcheff & Associates, Inc 3575 Lone Star Cir, Ste 124 Fort Worth, Texas 76177, 817-431-1800. Deposit will be refunded if the plans and specifications are returned to Belcheff & Associates, Inc, in useable condition within 10-days of the bid opening.An electronic copy of the construction plans, contract documents, and specifications may be obtained free of charge from the Belcheff Project Document Library by going to https://belcheff.com/projects/ and submitting a request to join the following project group : Beck Addition Improvements . Upon new user registration and log in, a request to join the group should be submitted under “Edit Account” tab. The website administrator will then make files accessible.The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Notice to Bidders.The successful bidder shall demonstrate adequate and substantial documented experience in the construction disciplines necessary for constructing the project when requested. Appropriate instructions and bidder experience requirements are described elsewhere in the bound contractual documents.No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening.
