Please submit an electronic copy of the Response to the following email address: gmosher@spag.org. Physical copies will also be accepted at the physical address: SPAG 6811 Indiana Ave. Suite B, Lubbock, Texas 79413. The deadline for submission is April 9, 2026 at 1:00 pm.
