COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CSP Number: 2026-02/03 UMC East & West Equipment Room Upgrades (2 Projects) _________________________________________________________ UMC MUST RECEIVE SEALED PROPOSALS BEFORE: 1:00 p.m., CST, Thursday, May 28, 2026 NOTE: Proposal must either be received or time stamped to the attn. of Maria Villarreal, Contract Administrator, University Medical Center, Medical Office Plaza II 808 Joliet Ave. Suite 400, Lubbock, TX 79415 OR, proposal can be emailed directly to Maria.Villarreal@umchealthsystem.com . Either delivery method MUST be before the hour and date specified for receipt of proposal. UMC will receive sealed proposals until the date and time established for receipt, at which time UMC will publicly open and read aloud the names of Proposers and monetary amount of the proposals. There will be a Pre-Proposal meeting at the site for prospective General Contractors at 9:00 a.m., May 12, 2026. Pre-Register in advance with Lucy Ramirez (contact info below).
