PROPOSALS
Pineywoods Community Academy will receive
Competitive Sealed Proposals for Misc. Renova-
tions – Phase 2 until 2:00 PM on the 1 2 th day
of May, 2026, at the High School front office
located at 601 S. Raguet, Lufkin, Texas 75904.
Proposals will be privately opened.
An optional walk-through is recommended for
additional information on the 23 rd day of April
at 9:00AM at the front entrance of the Elemen-
tary/Intermediate school.
In awarding a contract the District may consid-
er: purchase price; the reputation of the vendor
and of the vendor's goods and services; the
quality of the vendor's goods or services; the
extent to which the goods or services meet
the District's needs; the vendor's past relation-
ship with the District; the vendor's record for
performing and completing warranty work in a
