NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals for the construction of park improvements, hence referred to as, Grimes Park and Emily Park Renovations, located Northwest of E Main St and N Wilson Rd, and Northwest of Vinsonia St and Yellow Rose Way will be received at the City Hall, 510 Bayridge Rd, Morgan's Point, TX, 77571 and via CIVCAST Online Bid- ding, until 10:00 A.M., local time, April 2nd, 2026, and then publicly opened and read. A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at City Hall, 510 Bayridge Rd, Morgan's Point, TX, 77571, at 10:00 A.M., March 26th, 2026. Local time.
