Hard copy re- sponses may be delivered to: City of New Braunfels, City Secretary's Of- fice, ATTN: Pur- chasing, 550 Landa Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Hard copy submis- sions must be delivered in a sealed con- tainer, clearly marked with the solicitation num- ber and project name. There will not be a pub- lic bid opening.
