REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #2026-2027-01 Newton County solicits a Request for Proposal regarding Property Coverage (in- cluding mobile equipment, fine arts, data processing equipment, electronic voting equipment, communication towers and attached equipment), General Liability, Auto Physical Damage, Auto Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, and Public O cial Lia- bility Insurance Coverage. Requests For Proposals (RFP) must be received in the County Clerk's O ce no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Submittals will be opened and scored by the bid committee on Thursday, June 11, 2026, for presentation and rec- ommendation to Commissioners' Court on June 23, 2026 for consideration and award.
