NORTH LAMAR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL
DISTRICT REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE
SEALED PROPOSALS FOR GENERAL
CONTRACTOR SERVICES
North Lamar Independent School District
(“North Lamar ISD”) is seeking a qualified
firm to provide General Contractor services.
The firm must demonstrate they have the re-
sources, experience, and qualifications nec-
essary to provide General Contractor ser-
vices in connection with the demolition of the
North Lamar ISD Higgins Elementary School
and partial demolition of the North Lamar
ISD Bailey Intermediate School (areas A, B,
and C) (the “Project”). Responses are solic-
ited for this service in accordance with the
terms, conditions, and instructions set forth
in this Request for Competitive Sealed Pro-
posals (“RCSP”) and in accordance with the
provisions of Texas Education Code § 44.031.
