PUBLIC NOTICE PORT NECHES-GROVES INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) SERVICES Port Neches-Groves Independent School District (PNGISD) is accepting sealed proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services. Proposal documents, including specifications, requirements, and general conditions, may be obtained from the Bond 2025 tab on the District's website: www.pngisd.org Sealed proposals must be received no later than: April 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM (CST) Proposals shall be submitted to: Port Neches-Groves ISD Attn: Jeff Bergeron, Director of Facilities and Planning 776 Magnolia Avenue Port Neches, TX 77651 Late proposals will not be accepted.
