REQUEST FOR SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS FOR RICHARDSON ISD – WESTWOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL GMP. Subcontractor bids are hereby requested for a new 200,000 SF replacement building constructed adjacent to the existing middle school, demolition/balance of sitework after completion of the new building. Bids must be emailed to kargubright@hwgc.com or mailed to Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors (2703 Telecom, Richardson, TX 75082) no later than 12 PM on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Bids will be privately opened. The successful bid will be awarded based on best value methodology.
