Specifications are on file in the Rockwall County Human Resource Department's office at 915 Whitmore Drive, Suite D, Rockwall, Texas 75087, on the Rockwall County website at www.rockwallcountytexas.com/811/Requests-for-BidsProposals and on BIDNET at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/texas/rockwallcounty Sealed submittals shall be marked on the outside "002-04-26 Benefits Insurance Broker Services for Rockwall County, Texas" to Kami Webb, Rockwall County Human Resource Department, 915 Whitmore Drive, Suite D, Rockwall, Texas 75087.
