LEGAL NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RUIDOSO MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS, RUIDOSO, NEW MEXICO, RHS ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION/OVERHAUL PROJECT, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS BID FILE #9 2025-2026 SY DUE DATE: WEDNESDAY, MAY 13, 2026 AT 2:00PM MDT. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Ruidoso Municipal Schools will receive competitive sealed proposals for RHS Elevator Modernization/Overhaul Project. The RFP will be available to prospective offerors on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 200 Horton Circle, Ruidoso, NM 88345, via online download at http://www.ruidososchools.org/RFPS.aspx, or copies of the RFP can be requested by email to prietov@ruidososchools.org or by calling (575)630-7000. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. The Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-199, NMSA, 1978 imposes civil and criminal penalties for violations.
