INVITATION TO BIDDERS                   Sealed Bids addressed to Canyon Ranch Municipal Utility District of Comal County, Attention, Board of Directors, will be received at the office of BGE Inc., 7330 San Pedro Ave, Suite 202, San Antonio, TX 78216, until 11 a.m. Local Time, April 15, 2026, and then publicly opened and read for “Canyon Ranch Vacuum Collection Station #2.”The work shall consist of the following: Installation and construction of vacuum collection station, site excavation and embankment, CIP concrete structures, building, platform, structural steel and stairs, procurement and installation of pumps, tank, valves, electrical and other appurtenances.Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on April 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Local Time, via Microsoft Teams. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and the Contractor agrees that the Contract Documents can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter
