ADVERTISEMENT ANDINVITATION FOR BIDSSealed Proposals addressed to the Mayor of the City of Sinton, 301 E Market St., Sinton, TX 78387 will be received at City Hall until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud at the same location and time for the “2026 Street Improvements Project”. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall, 301 E Market St., Sinton, TX 78387 with an on-site visit being a portion of the proceedings. Any bids received after the abovestated date and time will be returned unopened.Major items of work include the following:The proposed scope of work shall include 1-1/2” Milling and HMACP Overlay on various City Streets in accordance with the contract documents, technical specifications, and plans.Copies of the Contract Specifications and Drawings are on file at the City of Sinton and at the office of Ardurra Group, Inc., 801 Navigation, Suite 200, Corpus Christi, Texas 78408, Phone (361) 883-1984, and will be forwarded to prospective bidders or suppliers upon submitting a non-refundable fee of $50.00 with the engineer, Ardurra Group, Inc., for each set of documents obtained. If mailed, an additional separate fee of $20.00 will be required from all prospective bidders or suppliers to cover shipping and handling charges. Both fees represent reproduction costs and are non-refundable.
