Quay County Government 300 South Third Street, Tucumcari, NM 88401 Post Office Box 1246 Phone: (575)461-2112 Fax: (575) 461-6208 Quay County Request for Qualifications- Based Proposals and Best Value for Selection for Hospital Construction Services QuayCounty Hospital RFP#-2-2026 QUAY COUNTY (County) is requesting proposals from licensed, qualified Offeror's to provide Construction Services based upon the Scope of Work outlined in this Request for Qualifications Based Proposal (RFP). All potential Offeror's are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this RFP. All proposals submitted shall be valid for ninety (90) days subject to action by the County. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in part or in whole. A completed proposal shall be submitted in a sealed container indicating the proposal title and number along with the Offeror's name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container. All proposals shall be received by 2:00 p.m. (MDT) on April 15, 2026, at the QUAY COUNTY Purchasing Division, 300 S. Third , Tucumcari, New Mexico 88401. By submitting a proposal for the requested services, each Offeror is certifying that it is a qualified firm, and its proposal complies with regulations and requirements stated within the Request for Proposals. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on March 12, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. (MDT) in person at the QUAY COUNTY Purchasing Office located at 300 S. Third , Tucumcari , New Mexico 88401. Attendance at the Pre-proposal conference is mandatory and is a pre-requisite to submitting a proposal.
