LEGAL NOTICE PARKER COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT SOLICITATION OF BIDS SALE OF 35.97 ACRE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1410 VINE ST, WEATHERFORD, TX 76086 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Parker County Hospital District (PCHD) is considering selling the property identified below. PCHD will accept formal sealed proposals for the purchase of approximately 35.97 acres of land located at 1410 Vine Street, Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. The property is identified as Parcel Numbers R000039941, R000093709, and R000093710. PCHD reserves the right to reject all bids to purchase the property and retain ownership instead. Minimum bid is $1,200,000.00. Bids will be evaluated based on purchase price, intended use, community benefit, and any other factor related to the best interest of Parker County residents. SUBMISSION PROCESS AND DUE DATE Bids may be submitted exclusively through PCHD's OpenGov procurement portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/pchdtx. Registration and bid submission is free of charge. Late submissions will not be accepted.
