IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MILLER COUNTY, ARKANSAS THIRD DIVISION CASE NO. 46DR-25-279 MYA REID PLAINTIFF V ANTON COULTER DEFENDANT WARNING ORDER Anton Coulter, (the “Defendant”, herein) is hereby notified that Mya Reid, (the “Plaintiff”, herein), by and through her attorney Ryan Wolf, has filed a Complaint of Determination of Paternity and Custody and a Motion for DNA testing against him. The Complaint, identified herein, seeks that the Circuit Court of Miller County Arkansas enter a Decree of Paternity adjudicating the Defendant to be the legal father of H.R., the minor child at the center of this case and controversy. The Plaintiff also seeks an award of child support from the Defendant pursuant to Administrative Order Ten (10), Arkansas Child Support Guidelines. A copy of the Complaint and Motion identified, herein, and the Summons and Notice shall be set to the Defendant or interested person at his last known address by certified mail, return receipt requested.
