  You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s petition at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, the same being Monday the 23rd day of March, 2026 at or before 10 o’clock a.m., before the 429th District Court of Collin County, at the Courthouse in McKinney, Texas. 
  Said Plaintiff’s Petition was filed on the 2nd day of January, 2026 in this case, numbered 429-00009-2026 on the docket of said court, and styled: American Internet Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff, v. The Unknown Heirs at Law of Belinda Faura, Deceased, Defendants.  In RE: 18040 Midway Road, Dallas, TX 75287.
  The names of the parties to the cause are as follows: American Internet Mortgage Inc. are Plaintiffs and The Unknown Heirs at Law of Belinda Faura, Deceased are Defendants.
  A brief statement of the nature of the suit is as follows, to-wit; Plaintiff American Internet Mortgage, Inc., its successors in interest or assigns, by and through its attorney of record Joseph M. Vacek of Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, 5601 Executive Dr., Suite 400, Irving, Texas 75038, brought suit against The Unknown Heirs of Belinda Faura, deceased and any other person claiming any subordinate right, title and/or interest in 18040 Midway Road, Dallas, Texas 75287 (“Property”), and legally described as:
UNIT 127 IN BUILDING Z OF LIFESCAPE VILLAS ON MIDWAY, A CONDOMINIUM REGIME IN THE CITY OF DALLAS, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION FILED FOR RECORD ON AUGUST 2, 1983, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 4, PAGE 153, CONDOMINIUM RECORDS, COLIN COUNTY, TEXAS TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1.7209% INTEREST IN THE GENERAL COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION, AND TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT AND BUILDING, ALL AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Petition on file in this suit.
