NATURE OF SUIT: Ferrari Financial Services, Inc. ("Plaintiff") has filed suit against William I. Brown ("Defendant") in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, Civil Action No. 3:26-CV-00273-L.
