Said Plaintiff's Petition, was filed in said Court on 01/24/2025, A.D., in this case numbered 1-25-0126 on the docket of said court, and styled, Nationstar Mortgage LLC Vs Kristen Shank, McKenzie Borders aka Rhiannon McKenzie-Lea Roberts aka McKenzie Shank, Craig A. Shank, London Shank, Madelyn Shank and Carson Shank.
A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows,
