NOTICE OF SUIT PENDING THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO: Emilio Holguinand Zaira Holguin and any interested Person. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO YOU that the Plaintiffs, David Macias and Maria Macias has filed a Complaint for breach of Contract and Specific Performance on March 27, 2025 and in the District Court of Lea County for the purpose of awarding them damages they have suffered for their attorney fees and costs uncurred herein and requesting any other relief the Court deems appropriate.
