M/V GENESIS, her engines, tackles, equipment, and appurtenances, M/V GEMINI, her engines, tackles, equipment, and appurtenances, in rem AND GENESIS VENTURES, LLC; GV LAUNCH SERVICES INC; and CB 50 LLC, in personam, CA No. 2:26-cv-00007 Notice is hereby given that on January 6, 2026, 3 C's Diesel Services, LLC, filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division for unpaid necessaries provided to the M/V GENESIS, her engines, tackles, equipment, and appurtenances, in rem. The vessel was arrested and attached on or about January 7, 2026.
