  You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer in the 469th District Court, Collin County, Texas, at the courthouse of said county in McKinney, Texas, at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. of the Monday next after the expiration of 20 days from the date of service of this citation then and there to answer the Original Petition for the children for Conservatorship, and for Termination in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Petitioner, filed in the Court of Collin County, Texas on the 14th day of April, 2025, against Jacquez Dade, Respondent, and suit being numbered 469-30045-2025 on the docket of said court, and styled “In the Interest of Blossom Goss, Emmanuel Prince, Asia Prince, and Montreize Prince, Children”, the nature of which suit is Petition in Suite Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship - Termination and Temporary Managing Conservatorship.
  Said Child(ren) Blossom Goss born February 07, 2025 in Collin County, Texas.
  The court has Authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree in the child/children interest which will be binding upon you, including the termination of the parent-child relationship and the appointment of a conservator with authority to consent to the child/children adoption.
