NOTICE JOSHUA PARADA The State of Ten- nessee, Depart- ment of Chil- dren's Services, has filed a Peti- tion to Declare Child(ren) Depen- dent and Neglect- ed as to J.P. and E.P. It appears that ordinary pro- cess of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. You are here- by ORDERED to serve upon Adam Hicks, Attor- ney for the Ten- nessee Depart- ment of Children Services, White County, Spar- ta, Tennessee an Answer to the Petition to Declare Child(ren) Dependent and Neglected filed by the Tennes- see Department of Children's Ser- vices, within thir- ty (30) days of the last day of pub- lication of this notice, and pursu- ant to Rule 39(e) (1) of the Tenn. R. Juv.
