  Said property is levied upon as the property of Sandra M. Terrell Montgomery (Children/Heirs), ET AL. and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 27th day of October, 2025, in favor of McKinney Independent School District/City of McKinney/Collin County/Collin County Community College District against the said Sandra M. Terrell Montgomery (Children/Heirs), ET AL. for the sum of $29,959.55. As well as further costs of executing this writ.
