Levied on the 20th day of February 2026 and to be sold to satisfy the judgment dated the 11th day of September 2025 and recorded in favor of the Plaintiff REDLAND ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, recovered against BRANDON DESHAWN LITTLE & YVETTE L. LITTLE for the sum of $1,862.75; reasonable attorney's fees in amount of $2,358.78; in the event it becomes necessary for Plaintiff to obtain a writ of execution and/or order of sale and have the Property posted for a constable's sale or sheriff's sale in order to collect the amounts awarded in this Agreed Final Judgment, additional attorney's fees in the amount of $1,800.00; additional attorney's fees in amount of $900.00 should Defendants file a Motion for New Trial that is subsequently denied or overruled; additional attorney's fees in amount of $5,500.00 should the final judgment in this case be unsuccessfully appealed to a State of Texas Appeals Court; additional attorney's fees in amount of $5,500.00 should final judgment in this case be unsuccessfully appealed to the Texas Supreme Court and costs of court in amount of $376 .58, process service fees in amount of $326.00 together with post-judgment interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from September 11, 2025 until paid, and all costs of suit, together with a foreclosure of a lien on the above described property.	I, the undersigned agent (or trustee) for Bexar County, hereby give notice that the Bexar County Commissioners Court and myself do not warrant title nor guarantee a title policy on this property. Bexar County is giving only as much title as it has. Whatever charges there are against the property continue past the sale and must be taken care of by the purchaser. All prospective purchasers are put on notice that the property may be subject to mortgages, liens, or other encumbrance. It is the responsibility of all Prospective Purchasers to determine the existence of any legal impediments to title on the above-described property.
