PUBLIC NOTICESHERIFF SALEReal EstateSTATE OF TEXASCOUNTY OF BEXAR BY VIRTUE OF AN EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of the 407th Judicial District Court of Bexar County, Texas on the 23rd day of February, 2026 by the Clerk thereof in the case of:LUCKEY RANCH HOMEOWNERSASSOCIATION, INC.vs.STEVEN MARTINEZNo. 2021-CI-12591 And to me as Sheriff, directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00AM on the 5th day of May, 2026 it being the first Tuesday of said month, at the area located outside on the west side of the Bexar County Courthouse which is near the intersection of South Main Avenue and East Nueva Street, San Antonio, the following property, situated in the County of Bexar and the State of Texas and described as follows; to wit: LOT 3, IN BLOCK 52, COUNTY BLOCK 4319 OF REPLAT & SUBDIVISION PLAT ESTABLISHING LUCKEY RANCH UNIT 8, 9, 6' 10, A SUBDIVISION IN BEXAR COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME 9663, PAGE 104 OF THE DEED AND PLAT RECORDS OF BEXAR COUNTY, TEXAS MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 11922 LUCKEY VIEW, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78252 (PROPERTY). Levied on the 26th day of March 2026 and to be sold to satisfy the judgment dated the 30th day of August, 2021 in favor of the Plaintiff LUCKEY RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., recovered against STEVEN MARTINEZ for the sum of $1,197.74; reasonable attorney's fees in the amount of $2,428.00; all costs of court of $303,50 process server fees in the amount of $120.50 with post-judgment interest thereon at the rate of 5% annum from August 30, 2021 until paid, and all costs of suit, together with a foreclosure of a lien on the above described property. I, the undersigned agent (or trustee) for Bexar County, hereby give notice that the Bexar County Commissioners Court and myself do not warrant title nor guarantee a title policy on this property. Bexar County is giving only as much title as it has. Whatever charges there are against the property continue past the sale and must be taken care of by the purchaser. All prospective purchasers are put on notice that the property may be subject to mortgages, liens, or other encumbrance. It is the responsibility of all Prospective Purchasers to determine the existence of any legal impediments to title on the above-described property. The highest bidder must immediately on the first Tuesday of May 2026, tender the cash amount of the high bid to myself as agent of trustee for Bexar County. Following the ratification of the sale, I will give a (Trustees Sheriffs) Deed to the high bidder.
