All prospective purchasers are put on notice that the property may be subject to mortgages, liens, or other encumbrance. It is the responsibility of all Prospective Purchasers to determine the existence of any legal impediments to title on the above-described property. The highest bidder must immediately on the first Tuesday of April 2026, tender the cash amount of the high bid to myself as agent of trustee for Bexar County.
