Ordinance 2026-2 BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY OF MILLER STATE OF ARKANSAS: AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE Article One. Whereas, the Quorum Court of Miller County has determined that monies should be appropriated, then Article Two. The following funds are hereby appropriated to County General Fund 1000: Department 0112 County Special Projects $150,000.00 to 4003 Improvements Other Than Buildings Passed and approved this 9rn day of February 2026.
