LEGAL NOTICEThe City of Ennis, TexasOrdinance No. 26-0217-G6An Ordinance of the City of Ennis, Texas, amending the Unified Development Ordinance of the City of Ennis to amend the zoning classification on an approximate 2.002 acre tract of land from Single-Family Residential-5 District (R-5) to Light Industrial and Manufacturing (L-IM) District, situated in the Claiborne Garrett survey, Abstract No. 383, generally located at 2808 N.E. Main Street in the City of Ennis, Ellis County, Texas, Ellis CAD ID 183936; providing for the incorporation of findings; providing an amendment; providing a zoning map amendment; providing a savings/repealer clause; providing a severability clause; providing for a penalty not to exceed the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) per day for each offense, and each and every day any such violation shall occur or continue shall be a separate offense; and providing for publication and an effective date.
