ORDINANCE NO. 2026-010 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAR- IS, TEXAS, AMENDING APPENDIX A, “FEE SCHEDULE,”SECTION A3.002, “DEVELOP- MENT AND GENERAL CONSTRUCTION AND PLANNING PERMIT FEES,” OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAR- IS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PRO- VISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; PRO- VIDING A REPEALER CLAUSE, A SEVER- ABILITY CLAUSE,AND A SAVINGS CLAUSE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE Section 7. That this ordinance shall be- come effective from and after its passage and publication as required by law.
