The following Ordinances were passed by the Plano City Council on February 23, 2026 (Title and Penalty Clause Only). ORDINANCE NO. 2026-2-13 (ZC 2025-016) - An Ordinance of the City of Plano, Texas, amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, to amend Specific Use Permit No. 56 for a Commercial Antenna Support Structure on 0.1 acre of land out of the Maria C. Vela Survey, Abstract No. 935, located 225 feet north of Democracy Drive and 220 feet east of Partnership Road, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Commercial Employment; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Any violation of the provisions or terms of this ordinance by any person, firm or corporation shall be a misdemeanor offense and shall be subject to a fine in accordance with Section 1-4(a) of the City Code of Ordinances for each offense. Every day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Vela Survey, Abstract No. 935, located at the northwest corner of Parkwood Boulevard and Spring Creek Parkway in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Commercial Employment with Specific Use Permit No. 539 for New Car Dealer and located within the Dallas North Tollway and Expressway Corridor Overlay Districts, directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
