NOTICE OF REQUIRE- MENT TO COMPLY WITH THE SUBDIVISION AND SERVICE EXTENSION POLICY OF THE MARTINDALE WATER SUPPLY COR- PORATION Pur- suant to Chap- ter 13.2502 of the Texas Water Code, Martin- dale Water Sup- ply Corpora- tion hereby gives notice that any person who sub- divides land by dividing any lot, tract, or parcel of land, within the service of the Martindale Water Supply Corpora- tion, Certificate of Convenience and Necessity No. 10312, in Cald- well and Gua- dalupe Coun- ties, into two or more lots or sites for the purpose of sale or devel- opment, wheth- er immediate or future, including re-subdivision of land for which a plat has been filed and record- ed or requests more than two water service connections on a single contigu- ous tract of land must comply with Subdivision Ser- vice section (the “Subdivision Pol- icy”) contained in the Martin- dale Water Sup- ply Corporation's Tariff.
