NOTICE OF REQUIREMENT TO COMPLY WITHTHE SUBDIVISION SERVICE EXTENSION POLICYOF AQUA WATER SUPPLY CORPORATIONPursuant to Texas Water Code, §13.2502, Aqua Water Supply Corporationhereby gives notice that any person who subdivides land by dividing anylot, tract, or parcel of land, within the service area of Aqua Water SupplyCorporation, Certificate of Convenience and Necessity No. 10294, inBastrop, Caldwell, Williamson, Lee, Fayette and Travis Counties, intotwo or more lots or sites for the purpose of sale or development, whetherimmediate or future, including re-subdivision of land for which a plat hasbeen filed and recorded or requests more than two water service connectionson a single contiguous tract of land must comply with the Rules andRegulations Concerning Aqua's Service to Subdivisions (the “SubdivisionPolicy”) contained in Aqua Water Supply Corporation's tariff.Aqua Water Supply Corporation is not
