NOTICE Effective April 3, 2026 Jeffrey Hall, D.O. will no longer be practicing at Baylor Scott & White Health– Belton Clinic.To transfer your care to another Physician, please inquire at the front desk or call the office at 254-933-4000.Your or your child's medical records will be maintained by Baylor Scott & White Health. You may request a copy of your or your child's medical records by completing a release of information form. Please contact the ROI Department at 800.725.2768 for additional information. A fee may be applied for you to obtain a copy of your records.
